You keep hearing about strength training, mobility, recovery, and how important they all are. But you don't know how or when to incorporate them.
You know nutrition plays a huge role but there's so much information out there so you don't know what to believe. No to endless boiled chicken & broccoli. Yes to a sustainable, balanced plan. Good food is fun & you want to enjoy it!

First, we start by hopping on a complimentary 10 minute phone call so we can understand if we're a good fit to work together.
Once we decide yes, we continue with asking some damn good questions so we have a holistic understanding of where you're at and where you're looking to go.
Next, we have our initial virtual strategy session to start building your personalized plan based on everything we've learned about you.
Then, you download the app, we plug the plan in, and we're off to the races!
Finally, we have ongoing check-ins each week to ensure we're staying on track. These are a combination of live 1:1 zoom calls and/or video, audio, and text messages within the app.

Food is good. Food is fun. And we believe in balance. We don't think it's realistic to say we're never going to eat a certain food again... especially if we love it. That's why we take a balanced approach to build a holistic nutrition plan that you (and your body) feel good about.
We want to look and feel good for as long as possible. We know hard work is important to get there. But we also know that it's important to give our bodies (and minds) time to recover. So we guide you with personalized research-backed strategies to help you improve your mobility and your sleep so you can get the most out of your body (and mind).
It's hard to (consistently) fitness alone. So, we make a plan, agree on reasonable standards, then we hold each other accountable through regular video, audio, and text check-ins. Ready to go from where you are to where you wanna go?
